Queenstown

We've made it down to Queenstown via the Franz Joseph glacier yesterday where we took a helicopter up to land on the top of the glacier - it was a highlight for Michelle who seemed to love it. We spent the night in a cabin in the middle of nowhere...no decent shops etc - we're getting used to that now - in a bed that was a little too small which meant that I got very little sleep given the elbow and knee bombardment! Even the floor would have been a better bet in retrospect!!

We made a one day visit back to the North Island again to get our Indian visa and sort out malaria tablets etc...all sorted now.

Unfortunately this is the world's slowest computer - well on a par with Cambodia maybe - so I can't put up any images...basically we've seen loads of great landscapes and we're both a bit happier now as we decided to ditch the tent! We're now in cabins which don't cost much more, and you still use the communal camping facilities...

I saw England's rugby win (not live)...thought Ellis was excellent and Farrell wasn't perfect but his distribution and decision making off non 1st phase ball looked very encouraging. Hopefully Ashton can keep some consistency with his selection, which seemed to be where Robinson fell down, although he must curse his luck that he never had Wilkinson or Robinson, and rarely had Vickery and Tindall to choose from.

As soon as we find a decent computer I'll try and put up some pics...
